What SALT means to us

SALT comes from Matthew 5:13 — “You are the salt of the earth.” It’s a reminder of who we were made to be: grounding, essential, good for the people around us. This studio is a mother-and-daughter dream, built on the belief that a warm room, honest movement, and real community can change a week — and sometimes a life. That’s what we’re building here, in the High Desert we call home.
